About The Role
We're expanding our team at BHP and seeking experienced Electricians to join us in driving the safe and efficient operation of our Iron Ore sites.

Join a leading operation working FIFO from Perth on a dynamic 182 roster, delivering shutdown planned maintenance across five major inland Iron Ore mine process plants in the central and eastern Pilbara regions (Yandi, Area C, South Flank, Jimblebar & Whaleback). Key Responsibilities

• Perform fixed plant maintenance on Extra Low Voltage, Low Voltage, and High Voltage equipment
• Conduct thorough inspections, servicing, testing, and fault reporting on electrical systems
• Maintain, modify, and install cables, equipment, and associated infrastructure
• Inspect and test protection devices and Residual Current Devices (RCDs)
• Provide electrical support during ramp down and ramp up phases
• Execute HV (RADIAL) and LV isolations proficiently
• Apply and remove shutdown lock boxes to ensure safety compliance

About You

• Qualified Electrician with a valid electrical trade licence and completed apprenticeship
• Hands-on experience in mining or heavy industrial electrical maintenance
• Hold a minimum C class manual driver's licence
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to contribute to continuous improvement
