Relief and Recovery Development Officer

In this role, you'll:
Support the coordination of allocated resources relating to Council's emergency management activities, including:
- the development and maintenance of emergency plans;
- preparedness arrangements;
- emergency response and recovery capability; and
- community education and awareness.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop and deliver presentations, write reports, and build productive working relationships.
- Exceptional digital literacy and written and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and experience in meeting all statutory obligations and compliance standards, including risk management and OH&S requirements.
- Skills and experience in strategic emergency management and securing grants and other funding.
