The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across the foodservice, industrial, and B2B manufacturing channels.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, relationship-driven sales leader who thrives in strategic account management, business development, and building long-term partnerships. You will manage key national and regional accounts across distributors, manufacturers, and large foodservice customers and be responsible for a new launch of products into this channel.

You'll also collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team focused on innovation, product development, and brand alignment with our sustainability mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across foodservice distributors, QSRs, industrial food manufacturers, and bakery accounts.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, tenders, pricing structures, and contract terms with key industrial and foodservice customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across national and regional accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive category and revenue growth.
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure reliable supply, efficient distribution, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product innovation teams to bring new edible oil and ingredient solutions to market.
  • Analyse sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Good Earth Oils as a trusted and credible supplier partner in the industrial and foodservice space.
  • Contribute to business planning and leadership discussions during this exciting phase of growth.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in B2B foodservice, industrial, or manufacturing sales.
  • Proven success managing key distributor or manufacturing accounts (e.g. PFD, Bidfood, QSRs, or large industrial users).
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue and margin growth.
  • Strong network across food manufacturing, bakery, or foodservice industries.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Australian work authorisation required.
  • Passion for sustainable Australian manufacturing, food innovation, and health-driven products.
