We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centre's and offers quality care to our families.

About the Centre

We are a new Centre with outstanding design features and engaging environments. Our beautiful six room Centre is almost ready to open, and we are looking for the perfect Lead Educator to join our family. We pride ourselves on engaging resources and amazing set ups of the play spaces. Our goal is to be well connected within the community and provide quality care for all children.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about providing a Safe, Nurturing and Holistic environment for all children at our service.

You will play a vital role within our service by conducting the Centre room program and guidelines to ensure children within your environment have the essentials to have the opportunity to learn and grow.

We would like the successful applicant to have previous experience in a similar role within a childcare Centre.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

• A Growth Mindset,
• A love of learning,
• Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
• Suitable qualifications for the role,
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
• Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
