The Team

The Litigation Team within the Legislation, Litigation, Research and Organizational Policy Branch is a well-established and highly respected group of eight professionals. The team serves as a central hub for coordinating and interpreting information between litigation counsel, ministry executives, and staff, supporting civil litigation, human rights, and judicial review matters.

The Role

The Document Coordinator plays a key role in preparing and digitizing records for litigation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to legal counsel. This position supports the Ministry of Attorney General's Legal Services Branch by organizing sensitive documentation in accordance with best practices and privacy legislation, contributing to the resolution of legal matters and policy development.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements

Secondary school graduation or equivalent.Experience working with MS Office applications such as Word and Outlook, and Adobe.Experience in records management and/or filing.Preference may be given for experience in a multiple priority and deadline driven work environment

About this Position:

This is a temporary opportunity until 03/31/2026. This position may be extended or become permanent.

This position has full time on-site requirements.
