Sales Estimator

Crystal Glass Windows & Doors is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Estimator to join our team in Albany, Western Australia. You'll be stepping into a dynamic workplace where we value teamwork, quality, and a culture that makes work enjoyable.

In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, ensuring projects run efficiently and clients receive the highest quality service and experience.

Qualifications & Experience

We're seeking someone with:

• Proven sales experience within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of the NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and energy performance requirements
• Experience with scheduling in an ERP system
• High-level computer skills (MS Office, ERP, CAD, CNC programming)
• Experience with Compusoft V6 software (preferred)
• Current Construction White Card and driver's license

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Estimator, you will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations
• Gather necessary information for pricing and project quoting
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
• Communicate with our offshore Quotation team
• Review plans and window schedules to provide precise estimates
