Ideal Candidate

  • Confident qualified teachers with day school teaching experience
  • Well organised and reliable teachers (schedule management, material preparation)
  • Familiarity with the current Victorian curriculum
  • Able to connect with students and build rapport quickly
  • Confident user of technology

Bonus: Feel free to identify if you are able to teach other subjects such as mathematics/science in your application.

Qualifications & experience

  • Mandatory - Working With Children Check

Tutor Tasks & responsibilities

  • Teach engaging tutoring sessions
  • Plan and prepare appropriate lessons and materials before class
  • Upload lesson recordings to google drive for online students
  • Monitor, assess and report on progress of students
  • Provide helpful feedback to students including term student reports
  • Communicate effectively with rostering staff and principal
  • Work comfortably and confidently with technology (drive, office, zoom)
