We're Five Guys – a no-nonsense burger and fries joint, born in Virginia in 1986 and now making waves in Australia. Our focus is on fresh, made-to-order food using quality ingredients (never frozen) – hand-crafted burgers, golden fries cooked in peanut oil, and zero shortcuts.

About YOU:

We're looking for people who bring energy, leadership, and a love for quality food. Here's what you'll need to succeed in the role:

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in hospitality / restaurant management – you've led teams and know how
  • A passion for our values – delivering the perfect burgers and chips, every single time
  • The drive to grow – you're ambitious, motivated, and ready to take your leadership to the next level
