About The Role:

As the Bids & Tender Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of all tender and formal bid opportunities across BKI's brands. This includes:

  • Developing strategic, compliant, and persuasive submissions.
  • Writing tailored content that highlights BKI's value proposition.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Leveraging AI tools to enhance submission quality and efficiency.
  • Supporting funding submissions, grants, and deeds.

This is a high-impact role within a dynamic, high-energy sales team. You'll work closely with marketing and external partners and contribute directly to BKI's growth strategy.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bid and tender management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and project management capability.
  • Experience in the education or training sector (desirable).
