Role: Property Valuer

Location: Homebush, Sydney, NSW

Expectation: Full-time – 5 days a week, ONSITE

Salary: Negotiable (pending other skills) + superannuation

About the role:

We are experiencing growth and seeking an experienced certified practising valuer to join our high-performing valuation team. As the property valuer, you will work alongside the Valuation team to drive both operational excellence and commitment to innovation and help provide that certainty for our clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct Market Valuation of residential properties for tax purposes
• Property Settlement Valuations, Capital Gains Tax Property Valuation
• Preparing reports within stipulated time frames with adherence to quality reporting standards, and responding to all our clients' inquiries
• Applying best practices in property research, inspection, and reporting

To be successful, you will have:

• Must hold CPV Certification through the recognised professional association (API)
• Excellent analytical, sound judgment, and communication skills, attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter, and confident in approaching complex property projects and team collaborations
• If you hold CPV certification, you'll be able to hit the ground running
