About the role

Reporting to the Team Lead – FSP, you will work collaboratively with the Medical Education and Training Delivery team to ensure there is a well-coordinated approach to the delivery of the Fellowship Support Program (FSP). You will develop strong working relationships and coordinate administrative tasks related to all aspects of the FSP delivery. You will be a subject matter expert in assigned key responsibility portfolio/s and will also provide support to the Team Lead – FSP.

In this role, you will:

Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day oversight to Program Administrators, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative support and service to registrars.

Collaborate closely with the Medical Education and Training Delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of program activities.

Engage with a broad range of stakeholder queries, contributing to consistent and informed program delivery in collaboration with the team. Deliver timely, accurate, and high-level coordination and operational support across key program touchpoints to support the training operations team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program data across multiple systems, ensuring integrity and consistency in reporting and compliance.

Contribute to program planning and forecasting by providing insights and data to support the effective scheduling and delivery of educational activities.

Skills & Experience

The ability to clearly and influentially articulate program

Intermediate to advanced skill in MSExcel, Word, PowerPoint, online learning management and customer relationship management systems.

Ability to autonomously resolve complex issues through the gathering and analysis of information to achieve the best outcome and to assess risk and make recommendations as required

Proven record in managing the coordination of completing tasks and priorities.

Tertiary qualification in relevant area is desirable.
