We have an amazing opportunity for an Fleet Executive - Quoting & Delivery Operations to join our team in Five Dock, NSW on a full time basis. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end quoting process across multiple automotive brands, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong stakeholder relationships, while managing a team of Delivery Coordinators to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the quoting process for multiple automotive brands, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to brand and FMO requirements.
  • Liaise with internal dealer network and internal sales teams to source pricing, incentives, and lead time information.
  • Has excellent understanding of the quoting process and able to submit to FMOs and ensure all details (e.g., on-road costs, CTP, plate fees, GST, vehicle options) are correct.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Delivery Coordinator/s responsible for vehicle registration, invoicing, transport, and delivery scheduling.
  • Allocate workloads effectively and ensure timely processing of all delivery-related activities.
  • Manage escalations and provide guidance to resolve delivery or invoicing issues promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quoting and delivery-related escalations.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (e.g., quote volumes, SLA adherence, delivery KPIs).
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with leadership to implement operational improvements.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry changes, pricing structures, and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet operations, quoting, or delivery coordination within the automotive or FMO industry.
  • Previous leadership or team supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle quoting processes, on-road cost structures, and delivery logistics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and relevant quoting or fleet management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
