What You Bring:

Join our Brisbane Depot as an Allocator and play a critical role in our operations. Our Operations Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.

We have two afternoon roles available, both starting at 1 pm. One position runs from Tuesday to Saturday, and the other runs from Sunday to Thursday.

• Supervisory Experience - Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Quick thinking and effective decision-making
• Resilience & Adaptability - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent Communication - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) - Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate
• BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain - Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage

What You'll Do:

• Freight & Logistics Coordination - Keep deliveries running on time and on track
• Warehouse & Team Leadership - Supervise operations and forklift drivers
• Compliance & Safety - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met
• Load Planning & Scheduling - Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance
• Resource Management - Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel
• Process Enforcement - Maintain high operational standards and procedures
