About the role

The Tyre Factory Warrnambool is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Warrnambool, VIC. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in the maintenance and repair of customer vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Carrying out general servicing, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre replacements
• Providing exceptional customer service and advice
• Adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed
• Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A current driver's licence
