JR Richards & Sons are an Australian family-owned and operated resource recovery company contracting to over thirty local Councils across large regional areas of NSW and in northern Victoria. The Company employs over 600 people with a fleet in excess of 400 heavy vehicles in operation. The Opportunity

We are currently offering exciting opportunities to join our Industrial Service Cleaning Team, based in Wetherill Park, with projects extending throughout the greater Sydney area. Our team supports a variety of sectors including Utilities Services, Rail Infrastructure, and Defense contracts.

Preferred Experience

We welcome all applicants but would love to hear from candidates with experience or qualifications in the following areas:

  • Valid Driver's License (with opportunities to progress to HR/HC licensing)
  • White Card holders
  • Confined Space Certification – for both entry and standby roles in tank and pit cleaning operations
  • Nondestructive Digging Operators – especially those with hydro excavation and service locating experience
