About us - The Milkbar Café is a busy central cafe in Shepparton with a young and energetic team. We provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere focused on exceptional coffee as well as delivering a Melbourne style breakfast and lunch with a distinct Asian flair.

About the Role - you'll be at the heart of delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with speed and precision, while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This role requires energy, efficiency, and a passion for coffee culture.

• Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages quickly and consistently
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold café standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality
• Requirements
• A minimum 2 years barista or café experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
