Help us continue to build outstanding projects.
Barpa Pty Ltd is a majority Indigenous owned commercial construction company. The core of our business is the construction of technical and complex facilities, which incorporate innovative design. Many of these construction projects are managed within a live operational environment and require careful and detailed planning.

Our clients include various Federal and State Government departments, Universities, Councils, Not for Profits, Private Companies and Tier One contractors.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a
Regionally
based
Site Manager
who is willing to be based working on regional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and the site team to achieve project objectives
  • Align site activities with project schedule and budget to meet milestones and control costs.
  • Manage procurement, delivery, and documentation of equipment, materials, and site records
  • Monitor, report, and present project progress to senior management through regular updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' site management experience, ideally in Defence, Education, Health, or Government projects
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident with relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and technical drawings
  • Ability to travel across our NSW regionally based projects, and be based on site for duration of projects.
