Lubrication Technician

We have full timepositions available for Trades Assistant's / Lubrication Technicians to perform Lubrication service work at various mine sites in the Hunter Valley and Upper Hunter.

GOSS Engineering are expanding our workforce at multiple sites in the Hunter Valley; hence a full-time role is on offer.

To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following (and can provide documentation if selected for interview).

Essential Criteria:

Current Drivers licence

Ability to work unassisted and within strict timeframes

Ability to adhere to zero drug and alcohol protocols and accept regular drug and alcohol testing.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Sound commitment to safety

A willingness to undertake up to 12-hour days in the Upper Hunter.

Previous Mine Site experience.

Desirable:

Current Glencore induction

MLT 1 Cert – Machinery Lubrication Technician L1 Cert

Mechanical Trade Qualified Personal welcome to apply

Lubrication/ Mechanical Experience

Current Working at Heights Certificate (within 2 years)

Current EWP High Risk Licence

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Confined Spaces and Gas testing (within 2 years)

TRG Safe Welding onsite Certificate.

Lives in or around the Hunter Valley

A fully maintained service vehicle and fuel card will be supplied upon conducting service work regularly.

Immediate start available.
