We support people living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions such as spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson's disease, FND, and chronic pain. Meaningful change begins with human connection, and our team helps clients achieve the 1% wins that build toward lasting transformation.

About the role:

  • Support physiotherapists and exercise physiologists in delivering high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation.
  • Assist with client preparation, exercise supervision, and technology setup.
  • Provide friendly, professional administrative support — managing bookings, welcoming clients, and coordinating schedules.
  • Help maintain client records, assist with reporting, and liaise with funding bodies (NDIS, DVA, NIISQ).
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support the wider clinic team with day-to-day operations.

About you:

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (desirable) or experience in a health/rehab setting.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • A compassionate, client-focused approach and ability to build trust with clients and families.
  • Proficiency with administrative systems and attention to detail.
  • CPR & First Aid certification and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
