At Forever Learning Kindergarten & Childcare, we believe in creating inspiring environments where children, families, and educators grow together. Our brand-new 98-place service in Cranbourne is now seeking an experienced and passionate Pedagogical Leader to join our leadership team and guide the educational direction of our service.

About the Role

As our Pedagogical Leader, you will lead the development, implementation, and reflection of our educational programs, ensuring they align with the EYLF V2.0, VEYLF, and National Quality Standards (NQS).

You will inspire and mentor our teaching team to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and intentional learning experiences while embedding the Victorian Child Safe Standards in everything we do.

This role suits a confident educational leader who thrives on collaboration, professional reflection, and supporting educators to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead curriculum planning, documentation, and program reflection across the service
  • Mentor and coach educators to enhance pedagogy, practice, and professional growth
  • Foster a culture of inquiry, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support family and community partnerships that enhance children's wellbeing and learning outcomes
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) initiatives and compliance processes
  • Represent Forever Learning at community events, professional networks, and open days
About You

You are a passionate, reflective educator who thrives on empowering others. You bring a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks and the ability to lead with authenticity, curiosity, and heart.

You will have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership, curriculum, or mentoring role
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF, VEYLF, and NQS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting (current within 12 months)

Desirable:

  • Approved Early Childhood Teacher (VIT registered)
  • Familiarity with Storypark and digital documentation tools
