• Comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage menu offerings
• Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery
• Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times
• Ability to manage a given section during service periods

Cocktail Bartenders:

• Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced bar environment
• Genuine passion for beverages and mixology
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails
• Skilled at crafting visually appealing, high-quality drinks efficiently under pressure

• Proven experience in informal dining or comparable high-end hospitality settings
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service coupled with outstanding communication skills
• Strong ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure during peak periods
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Valid RSA certification
• Commitment to delivering top-tier performance consistently
• Reliable and independent with the ability to travel as required
