Roof Plumber

• 40 hours per week (7.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday)

Loch Garman Roofing Pty Ltd is a metal roofing company operating throughout NSW in the commercial and industrial sectors. Our experience in metal roofing extends over 100 years. Expertise in management skills and direct labour resources enable us to deliver cost-effective results for projects of any size and description.

Main responsibilities include:

• Installation of metal insulated panel roofing and wall panels
• Installation of traditional metal roofing and wall cladding
• Installation of rainwater goods and their components (ie, gutters, downpipes, sumps and all required brackets and fixings)
• Installation of roof services (ie, ducts and roof ventilators)
• Installation of various flashings and capping's
• Undertaking work at heights with use of safety equipment and PPE at all times.
• Use of power and hand tools including hand and power operated saws, and measuring equipment, with the use of elevated work platforms required.

Successful applicants would have:

• Relevant qualifications and certificates
• Relevant 3 years of work experience in lieu of formal qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in installing insulated panels preferred.
• White card
• Working at heights ticket
• EWP License (11m and over preferable)
• Valid driver's license
