1.SENIOR BOOKKEEPER -  INNER CITY BRISBANE -  BOUTIQUE ACCOUNTING FIRM (Job ID 754) 

Want to work in a location close to train station w/ easy commute? Do you thrive in independent roles and take pride in managing client books with minimal supervision? Are you confident working alongside a Senior Partner and supporting a wide range of client needs? 

Our client is a small but growing accounting firm with office located in an inner-city suburb and just a short walk from the train station. The firm is currently manned by a Senior Partner who works solo in the office maximum 3 days a week.  

To meet increasing client demand, the firm is now seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to support their Brisbane operations. 

This role is ideal for someone with solid bookkeeping experience in an Australian accounting firm who is confident working independently and managing multiple client files simultaneously. 

The successful candidate will work full-time from the Brisbane office, coordinating with the Senior Partner on days they are present and operating independently when the Partner is working from the regional office.  

The position is well suited to someone who enjoys a quiet, solo office environment and values flexibility and autonomy in their day-to-day work. 

To be successful in this role, you must have experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Intuit or Reckon and hold a qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related field. Experience with SMSFs is highly regarded. 

2.PARTTIME BOOKKEEPER – BRISBANE INNER CITY SUBURB - BOUTIQUE ACCOUNTING FIRM –FLEXIBLE HOURS (Job ID 749)

Our client is a growing accounting firm with offices in Brisbane and regional Southeast Queensland. They offer a supportive and professional work environment that values flexibility, independence and work-life balance. 

To support their Brisbane-based clients, a Senior Partner is present in the Brisbane office 2–3 days per week. 

Due to increasing client demand, the firm is looking for a Part-time Senior Bookkeeper to join the Brisbane office. This role is well suited to someone seeking a flexible part-time position, such as a working parent or an experienced bookkeeping professional looking part-time role.  

The position is structured over five days per fortnight—two days one week and three the next. The successful candidate will be required to work from the Brisbane office on the same days as the Senior Partner and should be comfortable working independently when the Partner is based elsewhere. 

The ideal candidate will have solid bookkeeping experience, within an Australian accounting firm and be confident managing tasks with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB, Intuit or Reckon is essential. A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field is required and experience with SMSFs is highly regarded.
