In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a crucial team, you will play a key role in uplifting and maintaining Transport's Cyber Data Mart—a critical capability that supports strategic, data-driven decision-making through accurate and secure cyber data.

You will build and optimise data solutions that enhance scalability, integration, and performance to align with a metadata-driven environment, to enable seamless data ingestion, transformation, and future integration while ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across the data ecosystem.

Please note this is a temporary opportunity until June 26 and is based at Macquarie Park with hybrid work arrangements

About you
Your strong data engineering and cloud expertise, formed across data analytics, business intelligence, coupled with the cyber knowledge, will see you deliver robust, metadata-driven data models and seamless integration of future data sources. You'll leverage your Azure and SQL proficiency to enhance the Cyber Data Mart's architecture and performance, supporting leadership visibility and operational excellence.

You're recognised as a forward-thinking data professional, skilled at transforming complex datasets from disparate sources to deliver high-quality insights and experienced in building ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure, designing BI semantic layers, and developing impactful Power BI dashboards.
