Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group, boasting 11 retail stores across Sydney and Maitland. We cultivate, source, and sell an extensive selection of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares, and gifts.

We are currently looking for an experienced horticulturalist to join our Terrey Hills Garden Centre.

The successful candidates will have:

  • A qualification in horticulture
  • Knowledge of plants, pests & diseases.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Be positive and passionate about your craft
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Flexibility to work across retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

The successful candidates must be physically fit & enjoy outdoor work with immediate start.
