Position: Heavy Diesel Technician
Location: Goldfields 
Roster: 2:1 Roster - Day & Nights
Pay: Up to $75/hr + Super on all hours worked
Employment Type: Full-Time 

About the Role:

Emeco is seeking an experienced residential Heavy Diesel Technician to join our team at the Fimiston mine site in the Goldfields of Western Australia.

In this role, you'll take ownership of fault-finding, breakdown repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to keep a large and diverse mining fleet operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to technicians who take pride in their trade and enjoy working in a fast-paced mining environment.

What we'll need from you:

  • Australian recognised Heavy Diesel trade certificate

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights

  • Strong mine site experience across breakdowns, diagnostics, servicing, and component change-outs

  • Exposure to OEM equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, and Hitachi

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (mandatory)

  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)

  • Forklift Ticket (desirable)
