Pipelayer - Water, Sewer, and Stormwater

As a Pipelayer, you'll be responsible for the installation of Water, Sewer, and Stormwater mains in accordance with Sydney Water standards. You'll work within a tight-knit crew, contributing to high-quality civil works in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines to specifications and drawings
• Ensure alignment, grading, and levels are correct
• Operate or assist with trenching and backfilling equipment
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Liaise with site supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Accredited or previously accredited as Sydney Water Key Personnel
• Min 3 years Experience in pipelaying (water, sewer, stormwater)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Confined Space Entry ticket
• Excavator ticket (desirable)
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
