About the role

Join the team as an Educator at our Everton Hills, Queensland location. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

  1. Nurturing the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children in your care
  2. Implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  3. Documenting children's learning and progress through observations, portfolios and daily communication with families
  4. Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in the centre
  5. Collaborating with the centre team to continuously improve the quality of our early learning environment

What we're looking for

  1. Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  2. Demonstrated experience working as an Educator in a childcare or early learning setting
  3. Strong understanding of child development and a genuine passion for early childhood education
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  5. Commitment to continuing professional development and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment
