Your new role

They're seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy executive with a mix of professional and personal tasks. This role requires excellent time management, discretion, and the ability to juggle diverse responsibilities.

• Calendar and schedule management, including daily reminders.

• Booking restaurants, appointments, and travel (domestic & international).

• Online shopping and gift purchasing for the executive and family.

• Event planning for holidays and special occasions.

• Liaising with household staff and managing home-related errands.

• Coordinating pet care and school-related tasks for the executive's daughter.

• Running errands and handling ad-hoc personal requests.

What you'll need to succeed


• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Highly organised, tech-savvy, and adaptable.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently.
