Job description:

Reporting to the Digital Experience (WEB) Manager for MC/PP, the Website Product Specialist is responsible for using customer insights and analytics to manage the holistic customer experience across MPE-owned digital platforms. The role is responsible for delivering integrated platform experiences to build a quality brand perception and drive retention whilst maintaining brand consistency and achieving business objectives.

How you'll make an impact

• Create a best in class website experience for our Motorcycle, Marine and Power Equipment customers
• Lead the delivery of product launches, campaigns and content journeys across our motorcycle, marine, and power equipment websites.
• Collaborate with the Digital Experience Website Manager to optimise content, campaigns and experiences to drive effective purchase and ownership journeys.
• Maintain and update Honda website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with digital customer experience standards.
• Support Brand & Marketing teams to enhance web engagement and align content with customer journeys.
• Develop and implement targeted customer engagement strategies using data-driven insights.
• Manage the performance of digital channels and lead agency teams to deliver on the Digital Roadmap within scope and budget.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and share key learnings with stakeholders.
• Drive customer content creation strategies across owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with Honda Network and dealer teams to support business objectives, improve dealer digital experiences, maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee digital platform management, including Sitecore, Content Hub, Configurator, integrations, and CRM tools.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with Marketing, ICT, and external partners to deliver seamless digital experiences.

What you'll bring to Honda

• 6+ years of experience in a digital environment with direct ownership of digital platforms
• Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing or related fields of study
• Understanding of JIRA & Confluence for project/task management
• Proficient in website content management software & best practices (Sitecore/Adobe/Wordpress)
• Exceptional hands-on digital marketing experience, including knowledge of analytics platforms e.g. Google analytics, A/B testing, data analysis, SEO and SEM
• Sound knowledge of digital analytics tools and digital programs
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Working knowledge in SQL, HTML and Javascript
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Invision or Adobe XD for UX prototyping preferred.
