Location: Geelong, Ballarat, & Melbourne

Mason Refrigeration, Airconditioning & Electrical Services is a fast-growing company operating across Geelong, Ballarat, and Melbourne. Due to continued strong growth, we are seeking an experienced Refrigeration/Aircon Mechanic to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

These full-time position's offer the chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career. We are open to candidates from Refrigeration/Airconditioning trades, including 3rd and 4th-year apprentices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding and experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning/refrigeration industry

  • A Can-Do attitude with a positive outlook

  • A well-presented appearance and work style

  • Confidence in your skills and abilities

  • Willingness to mentor, support and teach apprentices.

We encourage Third & Fourth-year apprentices to apply

Essentials in this role:

  • Experience in all aspects of Refrigeration and Airconditioning.

  • Current Victorian Drivers License

  • Relevant Refrigeration Trade license with restricted Electrical.

  • OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry (White Card)

  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children and Police Check
