Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts lists and quotations.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issue tickets and follow up on logistics.
- Refine and enhance related processes and systems (e.g., CRM).
- Prepare and release regular operational reports and perform related data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to allocate commissioning and troubleshooting tasks.
- Maintain troubleshooting records and ensure proper follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
Background in Renewable Energy or Electrical Engineering.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently.
Proficient in Microsoft software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From $100.00 per day
