We're seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join their Sydney team. Working alongside sales, you'll plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across display, native, video, social, and programmatic. You'll optimise performance daily, ensure objectives are met, and help build long-term client relationships that keep them coming back.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across the platform — display, native, video, social, and programmatic
  • Monitor performance daily, delivering weekly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Leverage your expertise across Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and programmatic tools
  • Work closely with sales, the Commercial Editor, and internal teams to align campaigns to client goals
  • Build strong external relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and long-term trust

About you:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital campaign operations, ideally within media or digital publishing
  • Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms and analytics
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable optimisations
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
