Mercedes-Benz Hornsby is looking for a Cadet Service Advisor. If successful, you will be joining a team of great people working with some of the most exciting and well known automotive brands in the world.

In this role you will:

  • The position ensures that day to day efficiencies are maintained on a job by job basis. You will also provide effective communication to the respective personnel regarding time management on repairs and communicates this to the Service Manager.
  • Ensure all warranty policy and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensure a certain standard of work is carried out in the service department in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Perform any other duties as directed or assigned to the position from time to time.
  • Communicate with customers internal and external in a professional and timely manner.

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Technical automotive experience gained from within a retail environment and preferably within a prestige environment.
  • Mechanical/Automotive trade qualification or Service Advisor/Warranty administrator qualification. (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong delegation and prioritization skills.
  • Articulate, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive in developing processes and providing solutions to challenges within the Service Department.
  • Current drivers license
