We are looking for a detail-driven Electrical Manager to join our team. This role is critical in planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical outages, Staff and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely works with minimal disruption to customers and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage outage schedules for planned works
  • Liaise with field crews, contractors, clients, and relevant asset owners to coordinate outages
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  • Monitor progress and provide real-time updates during outages
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of outages and restoration activities
  • Support operational teams in delivering safe and reliable electricity supply
  • Support Estimators with project tenders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in electrical distribution or utilities
  • Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of WHS, electrical standards, and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of current Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy and AS3000 requirements.
