Role Description

This is a full-time role for a MudMaster Operator FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns, QLD. The MudMaster Operator will be responsible for operating machinery to dewater and compact tailings, performing routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring the safety and stability of tailings management processes, and monitoring operational data for efficiency. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically in a mining or tailings environment ideal but not necessary
• Understanding of safety protocols and standards in an industrial setting
• Ability to monitor and analyse operational data for performance optimisation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery are a plus, but not mandatory
• Experience with tailings management and dewatering processes is highly beneficial, but not mandatory
