Luigi Seaton as part of the Mamma Hospitality Group, is seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our vibrant team at our Seaton restaurant. We are known for serving authentic Italian pizzas, crafted with fresh ingredients, hand-stretched dough, and baked to perfection in our wood oven.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook pizzas to authentic Italian standards in wood oven.
- Handle fresh dough daily — mixing, proofing, stretching, topping, and baking.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and quality control.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service.
- Bring passion, creativity, and a love of hospitality to every shift.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience (3 years) as a Pizza Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of dough-making
- Experience and knowledge of wood oven.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and great food.
