We are currently inviting applications for the position of TAS IT Automotive Teacher.

We are seeking a professional, dedicated and dynamic Christian educator who is passionate about developing competent and confident learners. The successful applicant will bring specialist skills in one or more TAS Stage 5 and 6 electives areas such as IT Automotive, Engineering, Timber or Design and Technology. 

The position is temporary, 0.8 load to full-time position, with the load dependent on the successful applicant.  There is the possibility of continuation after the 1-year appointment.

Applications should address the following criteria:

• Strong personal Christian faith and member of a Christian church

• Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation with NESA

• Confident teaching across Stages 4, 5 and 6

• A high standard of expertise and proficiency as a classroom teacher

• Committed to professional growth and value being part of a collaborative, innovative team

• Demonstrated confidence in the use of technology

• A current Working with Children Clearance Number
