This 1.0 FTE position combines the roles of Teacher Librarian (0.5 FTE) and Gifted and Enrichment Teacher (0.5 FTE), offering a unique opportunity to inspire a love of learning, cultivate academic excellence, and contribute meaningfully to our vibrant school community.

Requirements

  • A committed Christian, actively involved in a local church.
  • Registration with TRBWA and a current Working with Children Check.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in either library or education.
  • An understanding of contemporary educational theory and practice and how to deliver it from a Christian worldview.
  • Experience in Gifted and Enrichment programs and in library or information services within an educational setting.
  • Understanding of library management systems (experience with OLIVER advantageous).
