Regional Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Regional Product Manager - a strong commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, customer insight and go-to-market execution.
This role requires a sharp strategic mind, commercial acumen, a passion for innovation and the confidence to operate at the highest levels of the organisation. You'll work across regions, departments and time zones to ensure Brightly's solutions are differentiated, competitive and in demand.
Your Role:
• Develop and lead go-to-market execution plans in partnership with regional Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success teams
• Collaborate with our Global Product Team and shape the local roadmap for the region
• Engage directly with customers, partners and sales to gather real-world insights that shape product strategy and roadmap
• Serve as the primary product evangelist in the field, enabling teams with the knowledge, messaging and tools they need to win
• Analyse trends, identify market opportunities, and translate them into actionable product differentiation and growth strategies
• Drive alignment across Product Management, Engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless product launches and feature rollouts
• Support key customer engagements and strategic sales opportunities, clearly articulating product capabilities and business impact
• Measure product performance and feedback from the field to refine positioning and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
• 7+ years of experience in product management, field product management or business leadership within SaaS or technology sectors
• Proven track record of owning and executing go-to-market strategies at scale
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market and customer needs into business growth
• Executive presence with strong customer-facing skills - able to lead conversations from the C-suite to the sales floor
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling stories
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and Agile methodologies
• Willingness to travel as needed.
