About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team in South Nowra approximately 15-25 hours a week. You'll work in a close-knit, supportive environment where everyone pitches in to get the job done. The role involves local deliveries, inventory management, order packing, product blending and packaging, and other daily warehouse tasks. You'll also help with occasional pop-up events and may contribute to social media content.

Experience in hospitality, using a computer, or warehouse work is a plus, but more important is your willingness to learn and bring energy to our team..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local deliveries using a company vehicle
  • Packing and blending teas, chai, matcha, and chocolate products
  • Customer service: face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • General warehouse organisation and maintenance
  • General use of Shopify and Xero

What We're Looking For:

This flexible role offers approximately 15-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow. Shifts are scheduled across Monday to Friday. Availability on Tuesdays and Thursday is essential, as these are our key delivery days. We can be flexible with your other hours to suit your schedule.

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Physically capable of handling deliveries and stock (heavy box moving)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A curiosity towards the tea, coffee and broader café world
  • Confidence in talking to customers and building rapport
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Full driver's license
  • A personal Computer

Desirable Experience (but not required):

  • Shopify and Xero knowledge (or willingness to learn)
  • Background in café, hospitality, logistics or the tea industry
  • Opportunities to assist with pop up events & product activation events on weekends (making coffee, iced drinks, serving customers etc.)
  • Content collaboration for socials
