About the role

As an Audio Visual Account Manager at AboutTech, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships within the education and commercial sectors. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD 4000.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key education and commercial customers
  • Provide expert advice and consultative support to customers on the latest audio visual technologies and solutions
  • Proactively identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements, tenders and other business opportunities
  • Coordinate the delivery of audio visual projects, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, and technical teams
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the AboutTech business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the audio visual industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the education and/or commercial sectors
  • Excellent technical knowledge of audio visual technologies, hardware and software solutions
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve results
  • Highly organised with strong sales, project management and problem-solving skills
