About the Role:

As our Front of House & Administration Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Your day will include:

- Managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person enquiries

- Supporting Sales Agents and Property Managers with admin requests

- Preparing open home packs, run sheets, and property documentation

- Processing property sale exchanges and compliance checks for auction records/contracts

- Keeping the office clean, organised, and stocked with supplies

- Assisting with marketing activities when required
