About the Internship

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Intern

  • Support the sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound campaigns and digital channels.
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of pitch materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls as required, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with accuracy and timeliness.

Customer Service Intern

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and promptness.
  • Provide clients with platform guidance, educational resources.
  • Work with senior associates to resolve client issues efficiently and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain positive client relationships by delivering clear communication and ensuring high service standards.

Operations Intern

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and trade reporting.
  • Support compliance and operations teams with document preparation, filing, and process tracking.
  • Support onboarding processes, including KYC documentation collection and verification.
  • Help in the preparation of internal reports and data analysis for management.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and fintech.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for client coverage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks proactively.
