About the role

Cowie Collision Centre Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Beenleigh, Queensland. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a dedicated and skilled crew in a busy, reputable automotive collision repair workshop.

What you'll be doing

  1. Expertly assess, dismantle, repair and reassemble damaged vehicles
  2. Perform high-quality panel beating, welding, and metal finishing work
  3. Operate specialized tools and equipment to restore vehicles to original condition
  4. Collaborate with the paint team and other technicians to ensure seamless repairs
  5. Maintain detailed job sheets and documentation throughout the repair process
  6. Adhere to all workplace health and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Panel Beater, ideally with 3+ years in the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical skills in panel beating, welding, and metal fabrication
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately to high standards
  4. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  5. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
  6. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
