We are seeking:

  • Part Time
  • Working Roster: Monday to Friday 6pm-10pm
  • Location: World Square Sydney
  • Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Award.

About the Role:

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are spotless, safe, and well-presented every day.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Sign in and collect keys.
  • Check and prepare equipment and materials.
  • Check communication book
  • Mopping of hard floors
  • Removing of all waste from bins
  • Restocking of consumables in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Vacuuming of carpeted areas
  • Surface dusting, surface cleaning
  • Cleaning of bathrooms; basins, cubicles, toilets.
  • Safety signs to be used at all times for wet spillages – safety signs must be clean
  • At all times be aware of the public safety and report any safety concerns
  • Personal protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times
  • Safety signs to be used at all times
  • Chemicals must be storage in the correct labelled bottle
  • All equipment used must be cleaned & returned to cleaner's room which is to be kept neat & tidy
  • All staff is required to sign in and sign out on SKGenius before the shift starting and finishing times.
  • Your starting and finishing time can only be changed with the approval of your Supervisor
  • Ensure you report the incident, equipment damage, property damage, etc in the communication book and notify your Supervisor.
  • All staff are to rectify any cleaning issue in the site from start to finish time.
  • All staff have a duty of care during start to finish which means even to and from breaks we must call
  • Alternate duties as directed by supervisor or centre management
  • Do not leave spray bottles or equipment in public walkways or fire hose cupboards

What You Bring:

Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and equipment preferred

A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Able to work independently or as part of a team.
