The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, primarily located within a defined local area. This is a varied and rewarding role where your ability to build relationships, stay organised, and think on your feet will shine.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
- Conducting routine inspections and reporting
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
- Communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
- Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Advertising, showing, and leasing properties
- Preparing leases, notices, and condition reports
- Managing rental arrears and lease renewals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property management (3+ years preferred)
- NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum) or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW)
- Confident using property management software (Rockend, Property Tree or similar)
- Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanour
- A valid driver's licence and own vehicle
