The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, primarily located within a defined local area. This is a varied and rewarding role where your ability to build relationships, stay organised, and think on your feet will shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
  • Conducting routine inspections and reporting
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
  • Communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
  • Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
  • Advertising, showing, and leasing properties
  • Preparing leases, notices, and condition reports
  • Managing rental arrears and lease renewals

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in property management (3+ years preferred)
  • NSW Certificate of Registration (minimum) or Real Estate Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (NSW)
  • Confident using property management software (Rockend, Property Tree or similar)
  • Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanour
  • A valid driver's licence and own vehicle
