Graduate Accountant at INTREC

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and gain exposure across multiple areas of accounting—particularly Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Payroll/ Business Analyst, you'll work in a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged.

  • Assist with a range of accounting processes, including Month-end closing, General journal entries & Payment processing
  • Support the monthly tracking of project costs
  • Maintain accurate records, including the BG register
  • Perform bank reconciliations and contribute to month-end account reconciliations
  • Provide admin and accounting support for ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve financial queries
  • Offer relief support across various functions within the Group Finance team

The skills we need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role (e.g. internship or part-time position would be highly desirable)
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability
