Junior Lawyer

Family Law Life is expanding, and a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly admitted or up to 1 year PAE Junior Lawyer to join our growing and busy Cheltenham (Victoria) - Family Law Life.

You will be working closely with the firm's Principal and other senior lawyers to undertake supervised legal practice and to expand your legal knowledge and expertise in Family Law, Family Violence and Crime.

You will join a practice founded by a passionate Principal supported by an experienced team who collectively bring over 80 years of experience. The team works in all arears of family law including property, parenting, child support and divorce, extending to family violence, crime and wills and estate planning.

Whilst the successful candidate will share our team's ethos and help us promote the concept of amicable separation and divorce, as Court is sometimes unavoidable, especially in the practice areas of family violence and crime, you will also rapidly build your litigation knowledge and experience.

As all things "Family Law" can be difficult, it is equally important that you are a great communicator with plenty of emotional intelligence.  We will offer you an opportunity to grow and diversify your skills and to learn and grow with our unique practice.

The role is full-time (or part-time for the right candidate) and our modern office is situated in Charman Road Cheltenham (Victoria).
