About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Storeman/Warehouseman to join our team at MTS WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION PTY LTD in Salisbury, Queensland. This is a casual role (38 hours per week), evolving into a full-time role, that will involve a range of warehousing and distribution duties within our fast-paced logistics operation.
What you'll be doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively should you have the appropriate licenses
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented warehouse environment
- Contributing to the overall productivity and efficiency of the warehouse
What we're looking for
- Experience working in a warehousing or logistics environment
- Forklift licence and certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
